Product Review: Almond Milk Creamer
Coffee, the nectar of the gods…
Only I am one who cannot drink it black. So that leaves me with trying to find a creamer that is not completely loaded with artificial gunk. I work hard on eating pretty clean and healthy, for me it is not worth it to ruin it with a cup of coffee in the morning. So I was on the hunt for a better choice coffee creamer. This led me to finding Silk Almond Milk Coffee Creamer and this review.
Have you ever looked at the label and ingredient list of the popular coffee creamer brands? They are full of so many additives. Not to mention the first 3 ingredients are water, sugar and vegetable oil, not even cream or milk! I discovered the Silk Almond Milk Creamer by accident one day, a very happy accident. The first ingredient on the almond milk creamer is almond milk and then cane sugar. When I first discovered the creamer it o my came in one flavor and that was vanilla. These days I have also been able to find it in caramel flavor, my favorite.
If you are looking for an alternate for your coffee I highly recommend you too give the Silk Almond Milk Creamer a go. It falls in at just 25 calories, 1g total fat, 15mg sodium and 4g total sugars. And the ingredient list starts with milk, not water. Sure black would be the best choice, but I just cannot bring myself to enjoy it like that. So for me I will stick with my Almond Milk Creamer. If you cannot find this by the other creamers try looking in your natural foods section of your local grocer, no two put it in the same spot. Now to enjoy my morning coffee… yum!
